How to start with Clearbit for LiveChat
Before using our app, you have to authorize your profile using your Clearbit API key.
To do so, log in to your LiveChat license and select the Clearbit for LiveChat icon from the left-side pane.
After that, copy your API key from this page and paste it into the corresponding field. Once that's done, click continue.
In the popout, click on the Accept button to continue.
To enrich customer data, go to the Chats, Archives or Traffic section and select the profile which you want to check.
From the right side pane, select the Clearbit icon from the top bar.
If the selected profile provided an email address (in pre-chat survey or previous chat), the data will be shown on the right side pane.
